Aiden is our newest recruit. He's only just left school and is just starting his apprenticeship with the firm. We're training him in the dark arts of butchery and all that it entails. While he is understandably still quite green, he is consistently improving and keen as mustard to prove his worth. He's into his first year.. another three to go.
